The M0030 allows you to quickly connect TTL signals to a RS232 port.
This is useful in lab or development situations where a serial port or other
signals on a board under development need to be connected to a serial port.
The TTL signals can range in level from 3.3v to 5.0v.
The RS232 interface is a male DB-9 connector, configured as a DTE. It can
operate at bit rates of up to 115,200 bps.
